Return Policy
Digital products
All products sold by D.L. FIELDS CONSULTANTS LLC are digital design files delivered by download. Because a file cannot be "returned" once it has been downloaded, we handle problems through replacements and, where appropriate, refunds, as described below.
When we will help
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open in the software and format stated on the product page.
- The file differs materially from the product description or preview.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive your download link and we cannot resolve the delivery issue.
How to request help
Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description (a screenshot is helpful). We will first try to fix the problem by sending a corrected or replacement file.
Refunds
If we cannot provide a working file that matches its description, we will refund the purchase to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 days; your bank may take additional time to post them.
What is not eligible
Refunds are not available for change of mind after download, incompatibility with software the product page does not list, or files that have been shared or redistributed in violation of the license.
